For thirty calendar days following the exchange of items that are the subject of an agreement, the parties negotiate in good faith and do everything in their power to reach an agreement. Negotiations on wages and economic benefits can only begin once the agreement on wages and economic benefits for the previous year has been concluded. (i) within seven calendar days, the Parties shall meet and communicate to the other Party a written statement of their position on all outstanding points of negotiation. The declaration must also include all negotiating points adopted by the negotiators before the negotiations are stopped, and these points are part of the position of each of the parties. After the date of adoption of the basic agreement, the university may not enter into an agreement with a single member or a group of members of the association group that replaces, modifies or violates the terms of the basic agreement. . . .
